My partner, Henry, Monty and Chloe and I had a return trip on one of your steamers and we throughly enjoyed the experience. We stayed in the local area to be able to experience the steamer and we felt it was well worth the money spent and the dogs enjoyed it too. Thank you very much for a brilliant afternoon :)

Just been on the Santa workshop cruise this afternoon. It was a lovely event, a big thank you to all staff for making such a happy event. The activities and gifts were fun and very thoughtful. Santa and helpers and Sammy the squirrel had lots of time for each child. We weren't expecting refreshments and received them.
One problem- very crowded and congested, this was quite stressful. At one point a Mum asked me to move forward(fair enough) and just not possible. I'd recommend more sailings, smaller numbers or a larger ferry which we were advised is usually used. I'd say this is essential.
I think the above is a healthy problem to address :-).
WE PLAN TO COME BACK IN 2013 AND JUST SAYING CAN ORGANISE IT IN 10 MONTHS TIME.

We have just enjoyed a return trip on one of your steamers,myself,my husband and our dog mickey,and just wanted to say what a wonderful day we've had. Money well spent,thank you :)
