Teddies go FREE
- From 3rd April 2015 to 16th April 2015
Happy Easter from all of us as we invite all children to bring their teddy bears with them. Children aged 5-15 years travel FREE during this period with their teddies(under 5s travel free throughout the year). Each child must be accompanied by a full paying adult and present the teddy when purchasing tickets at the Pier Houses. Not valid with any other offer(Only 1 child per fare paying adult). Complimentary Colouring Sheets onboard, plus look out for our facebook competitions for best dressed bear and bear's eye view.
Cumbria Wildlife Trust will be at Glenridding PIer on 7th April, come and find out more about their work and how you can help their projects.
Steamer Walks - Steamer, Dale and Fell
Steamer walks are back for 2015! Take the boat to the starting point of a guided walk with an LDNP ranger.
This walk will be Steamer, Dale and Fell, cruise to Howtown then walk over Beda Fell to view the ancient forest of Bannerdale, return by Boredale Hause. Start 9:20am at Ullswater Information Centre, Glenridding. Contact 0845 272 0004 to book or look at the LDNP's website for more information.
Price Adult £5, Child Free. Discounted boat fare (of £5) required.
Length 11.3km, 7.1 miles, 6 hours.
