  • There are 2 disabled parking spaces available outside Glenridding pier house
  • Carer travels for free on a one-to-one basis. Please book standard tickets through our website and when you visit bring proof of PIP or DLA and we will refund the carers ticket.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the attraction for free

  • Our other boats are accessible but without accessible toilet facilities 
  • Wheelchair accessible toilets are available at Glenridding and Pooley Bridge pier houses
